Positive: Delightful cottage with spacious bedrooms, bathroom and downstairs shower room. Very well equipped kitchen with great white goods.Comfortable lounge and the dining room,although a little darker than other rooms, was again very pleasing. We had a problem with the WiFi when we first arrived but a call to the agents,who were very helpful, had it sorted in no time.
Negative: We didn’t have a problem with traffic noise so had no complaints at all.
Summary: Throughly enjoyed our short stay and our visits to Abbotsbury,Sidmouth and Lyme Regis were within easy reach for a day t

Positive: Great location , pretty village with two lovely pubs serving outstanding food.
Negative: Unfortunately the property wasn’t what I would call clean. Generally tidy, facilities were good, and all instructions were clear and manageable. However, there was a very musty smell to the lower rooms, which would not have a been a problem, but on further inspection some of the drawers in the bathroom had some strands of hair!!
