Positive: The unit was updated very nicely. It was very spacious. The master bedroom was very nice with a large bathroom and the bed was very comfortable. The view was amazing! I really liked that they supplied beach gear and a cooler. Very helpful!

Positive: This was a fabulous place to stay! The kitchen had everything I needed. The views were amazing and the condo was quiet and comfortable. The only snag we hit was not being able to get in with the key pad. The staff said they would fix it, but it didn’t get fixed. The key to open the door wasn’t in the place it was supposed to be, but we found it. After a long flight and driving here in the dark and pouring rain, we were a little frazzled when we couldn’t get in. But all that was forgotten when we experienced this wonderful condo. Thanks so much to the owners for sharing it!

Positive: We loved this property. My wife was excited as soon as we drove into the area seeing the quality of all the properties, the golf course, and the mountain scenery. We became more excited as we drove closer towards the edge of the island and then she realized we would be staying where we had a direct ocean view. The property was nicely staged for our arrival - everything bright and clean and they had turned on the lights that made the property that extra wow. Soon we look out the back patio doors and were extra wowed again by the view! It didn't take us long to go outside where we took in that view. We sat in the chairs that are out on the lawn closer to the edge of the cliff. Wonderful! Extra touches that we did not miss noticing: a basket with some snacks left for us (local cookies, energy bar, Hawaiian coffee), a closet with beach gear (umbrella, chairs, noodles, snorkel gear, etc.), and beach towels at the door. Each day we were busy away from this property enjoying what Kauai has to offer but at the end of each day we really looked forward to return again to this home. We had a couple of mornings that we had time to enjoy the patio and view before heading off for another adventure. Another positive for this unit (5102) is that it's on the bottom floor which means that we could walk out the patio door straight to the back lawn. The two floors above have balconies so those people would have to leave their unit and go downstairs to then go to the lawn. I could live full time in a place like this. I'm actually considering.
Negative: Simply note: This property is one flight downstairs. No problem for us, but I'm simply noting for anyone reading this.
Summary: This place is wonderful. Make sure you allow time in your plans to spend quality time here.
