Positive: comfy bed, good room size, good location, central to places I have to go during the week. I enjoyed their cofffee facility at lobby of the floor I was staying
Negative: the "transits" that I have to go thru each time to access to my room, to lobby, to car park. I suppose it is safer, but not friendly. To get to rooms from ground floor lobby, you have to take a lift up to reception on 41st floor, then another lift to your floor for room; and from car park to room - lift down to ground floor lobby, and another lift to reception 41st floor, and another lift to your room floor

Positive: The location although far from the city centre was very convenient due to the proximity to the metro station which is connected to the hotel by a small bridge. The lobbies were spacious and nicely decorated. The rooms were spacious and comfortable. The staff were friendly but not very efficient.
Negative: They messed up our booking as we reserved a twin room and were presented with a king bed and a sofa bed instead. When we mentioned that the room doesn’t match the specifications of our booking, we were told that this is the only option they have in site. Apart from that the room had a strange stench coming from the closet and fridge and was very stuffy. After a very long argument, many phone calls and visits to the front desk we were offered a different room that still didn’t match our booking but at least smelled better. It was also quite difficult to communicate with the hotel staff and most of our requests over the phone took a long time to be fulfilled.

Positive: The view was spectacular! We booked a "twin" room, which ended up having a sofa that the staff was very kind to make for my child, turning it into a huge bed. The amenities, water pressure, the way the AC was working, we loved it all. Pool is amazing and we could enjoy very quiet swim in the morning. Breakfast was exceptional! Definitely the place to stay during our next visit to KL!
