Positive: We had a perfect stay at Alisa Hotel. The place is unique, just in front of the river right in the city center, the interiors are beautifull, you can feel the scent of former glory... The room was very clean and comfortable. And everything for a very reasonable price.

Negative: The breakfast could offer more variety of choice. Finding a parking place in the neighbourhood is a challenge.

Positive: Everything! I travel a lot and rarely does a property exceed my expectations but this hotel certainly did. It is a classic, nice big rooms are tastefully adorned and it is situated directly across from the Grand Pupp ( for a fraction of the price). The staff were some of the friendliest I’ve met - big shout out to the manager Tomas who genuinely went out of his way to ensure I had a great stay. A very nice included breakfast to boot! Personally, can’t recommend it highly enough.

Negative: Nothing- after a raft of hotels, this one will be memorable.

Positive: The location of the hotel and the room size. We stayed in an apartment and we had more than enough space for all 4 of us.

Negative: A bit hard to find a parking spot around the hotel, also not possible to stop your car close to the entrance to get your luggage off. The breakfast was okay, but it was not easy to get a table, the room is very small for the size of the hotel. We also had some stains on the wall, some spider nets on the windows - this is not something you'd expect in a 4-star hotel.

Summary: Well located but not well maintained hotel.
