Summary: Lovely location close to Onetangi beach - 3mins walk to the beach and Charlie Farley's for a coffee or brunch. House had all you needed for a comfortable stay, however, it would have been nice for there to have been some sugar for our coffee/tea and more than 1cm of hand soap in each of the dispensers so we didn't need worry that we would run out during the weekend. Mozzies were an issue at nighttime, especially upstairs where the kids slept. Bug spray on the second night helped reduce the number of bites they got.

Summary: I’ve never had to leave a bad review before - the location was perfect, 2 minutes from the beach but the cleanliness was awful. Full of cobwebs, spiders and blood on the duvet covers. Needs a decent clean before the summer and it would be such a great place.
