Positive: Can not find any faults with this place, as advertised and pictures are accurate. Great looking decor. Ideal place for family very secure and friendly neighbourhood. Plenty of cafes outside and a fantstic restaurant called Wijdan around the corner 2 mins walk! Get booking!!!
Negative: No facility for an iron due to fire risks which is understandable, but there were a few places close by that offer ironing service if required. Water to the apartment was turned off for a few hours due to unscheduled maintenance but restored in the early hours of the morning didn’t disrupt the stay.
Summary: Brillant place to stay i will be rebooking in the near future. Photos attaxched!

Positive: We liked the location.
Negative: One of the bathrooms out of use - sewage smell. The bed linen in the master bedroom hadn’t been changed and we found that filthy the first night of our stay. We found 1 cockroach on the bathroom floor at night. Lack of toilet paper, none when we arrived. No washing up liquid and little sponge in the kitchen, we left brand new. Hand wash pump didn’t work. You can expect some noise from neighbours and outside. Basically there is no things that they advertise. We stayed 9 nights and will never come back.
Summary: Disappointing stay.

Positive: The property is nice and comfortable many shops just as you step outside the apartment. Nice restaurant nearby called snack wajidan cheap and good quality food i use to buy dinner from there during my stay. The staff is really helpful. 15 minutes from the beach use indrive app to get cheap rides around the city. It would be great if there was a microwave in the apartment to warm up food. Apart from that we had everything in the apartment that we needed.
Negative: No microwave.
Summary: Would highly recommend good for the price.

Positive: The apartment is very spacious, beds are comfortable, cosmetics are provided, everything is rather clean, equipment is good quality and wifi is working great in the living room. The staff and the owner are especially helpful which made the whole stay really comfortable and trouble-free.

Negative: The twin room Didn’t have air conditioning. Slight issue with charges as the manager was unable to interpret the invoice correctly and insisted on overpaying by 40 dirhams. He later understood upon me explaining how the invoice works.
