Summary: Overall this house was a great place to stay, but there was a few downfalls. When we got there the bathrooms didn’t have full toilet paper rolls. (I know it said we needed to bring more but I believe there should atleast be full rolls to begin with in each bathroom that’s only fair) The shared shower didn’t drain so it was unfortunate to have to stand in water while showering. I do think the house needs a little updating but other than a few things it was a great house and great location. No issues really other than a few small things.

Summary: First of all when we arrived we had not received the information to get in the home. We set outside waiting for the code to enter the home. The beds were very comfortable, home was roomy and cheerful. We were all very disappointed in how dirty the home was. Who ever cleans this home cleans only what they see. I had to unload the dish rack and put dishes up, had to unload the drier of sheets, found towels under the bed, base boards were dirty. The drawers and shelves in the kitchen were filthy. I had to clean the silver ware tray and wash the silver ware. One cabinet (top left of the stove) has had something sticky spilled all over the shelf lining. When you pick up the liner you can see the syrup or whatever was spilled. This was not a small area, it was the entire shelf. All of the drawers and cabinets need cleaned and sort out unnecessary items. The drawers was full of old trinkets, probably left from the owners, that are of no use to any visitor. Just took up space that could of been available for the visitor to store their belongings. The outside trash can has not been cleaned in a very long time nor has it had a trash can liner. When we opened it flies flew out by the dozens. We set it to the back of the lot and did not use it. The worse experience was when we went to pick up the left over trash bag at the side of the yard and found someone had been sick - we had to hose it down. We were very disappointed in how this house has been neglected in being cleaned. We have rented Vrbo homes for several years and have never found one this dirty. Everyone we have stayed in has been spotless with no issues. To have to pay a non refundable deposit for this home was very upsetting. We left the house cleaner than when we arrived. I am leaving this detailed account so the management will hopefully make sure there homes they advertise as, clean are truly clean.

Summary: Great property, nice location. Extremely quiet neighborhood! The back yard with deck and hot tub was a wonderful way to unwind after a hard day at the baseball field. Kitchen was well-equipped, ice maker was put to the test and passed with flying colors!

Summary: Well... seemed to be some miscommunication on check in times. The house was not ready till 5:30, instead of 3pm or 4pm on the miscommunication. We were told by property management check out would be 2pm or after if needed. They wouldn't be in to clean till the next day. Yet, we all went to brunch and came back around noon to collect refrigerator things and prepare house as they requested, load vehicles. To the property owner pulling up and upset because check out was supposed to be 11. She had more checking in at 3. So, we rushed around to get out of house for the next vacationers. I have rented several places thru Verbo before and had no complaints. It was wonderful stays. There were several issues with this rental. Check in time, dirty dishes in cabinets, broken blender, loose toilet that wobbled back and forth, was 4 chairs at bar/indoor table. 3 if those chairs were broken one place or another, found dead roaches on floor in living area, roach hotel tucked on top of refrigerator where we could not see but pulled down under our bread we placed up there. There was a badly soiled spot in middle of one of the beds, we discovered when we pulled sheets to leave that made us concerned with if that bed had even been cleaned. Because we were over 65, we looked for a rental with hot tub. This was the one we chose, to find out the hot tub was not working properly and did not work the whole time. The jets would not come on but barely and it wasnt holding temp. We were told owner would be coming by to fix the next day, but we never saw them. Since we did not bring our dogs, they were nice enough to refund that to us. It was a cute place. Love the back patio. Just alot of miscommunication between management company and owners and some repairs that needed done.
