-This property has a minimum primary renter age requirement of 25.
- Pets are welcome, however, we do charge a $150 non-refundable fee per pet*.

- Pool Heat Fee: Additional $21 p/day from November thru March. Pool temperature is set to 86 degrees, however, if air temps drop below 70 degrees, pool temperature may drop significantly. Temperatures cannot be guaranteed.
- Upon booking, a signed rental agreement and Government-Issued photo identification are required prior to receiving an electronic access code to the property.
-Stays in excess of three weeks shall incur an additional cleaning fee.

Summary: We enjoyed our stay from the moment we entered the house until the day we left. The house was very clean, it had everything we needed and the space was very accommodating. We were even able to check in early as we arrived ahead of schedule. The pool was a nice asset and it was a short 20 minute drive to the beach and restaurants. The neighborhood was quiet, which was nice. We would stay again in a heartbeat. Overall, great stay.
