Summary: Decent location and property well maintained BUT….. three of us stayed for six days and had to buy 20 gallons of water at a nearby store to drink make coffee and wash with. The water has quite a pungent odor and needs to be treated

Summary: The house was clean and a nice size. It has well water, which if you are not used to takes a little time to get used to the smell. We were there for 2 months and did not notice it after a while. I spent a lot of my time on the lanai, which is great. The only problem we had is the low water pressure. Everything else was normal issues when you rent a house. We really enjoyed our stay.

Summary: Very nice property other than the smell of the water. The water treatment is non-existent so it smells like rotten eggs. Common for Florida... I needs an aerator and a water softener system.

Summary: Overall we are very satisfied with our stay, House is very clean with good space to move around in. Make sure to buy lots of bottled water to drink, because the water supply is well water and has a burnt odor and taste that I use bottled water to brush my teeth with. Will surely come back.

Summary: The house was clean and nice. Very big for two people, but not at all a downfall. We didn't even use the lanai because we were always on the go and usually didn't get home until after dark. This brings me to the only drawback; location, location, location. It's kind of a far drive from the beaches and much of the "to-do" stuff. Not a deal breaker for us, but may be a consideration if you plan on spending more time going to the beaches then hanging at the house.

Summary: We were visiting close friends in the area while looking for a home to purchase. The Sanborn house provided an excellent respite from all our activities, as we were constantly on the run! The home is very comfortable and clean and pleasantly provides DIRECTV. The only caveat is that the home isn’t connected to city water, so make sure and provide your own drinking water. We would definitely stay here again!

Summary: The home was comfortable and attractive. We enjoyed our stay. The neighborhood was quiet and inviting. The kitchen sink had very poor water pressure. Many of the pans were dirty . There was not a gas grill, we had brought steaks and burgers. Tje small electric grill was not usable for our purposes. We would definitely recommend this home and return in the future. The beds were comfortable and the patio was lovely.
