Summary: We had 14 people ranging in age from 7 to 74 and had a wonderful time. The house was perfect and looked like it had been freshly painted. We cooked a bunch and had pretty much everything we needed!

Summary: Met up with family from Virginia, Wisconsin and Michigan. Enjoyed a relaxing time. Bellaire is a cut little town, and we also went the the Alden spice shop, cute little stores. Also went to Traverse city for putt putt and The Coin slot, for a retro pinball experience. All fun. Beds super comfortable, loved ping pong and walking down to the river.

Summary: We rented the house for a family vacation, nice quiet area, fire pit and nice gathering area for game night, the Upstairs loft with the three beds didn’t have any AC vents so it was too hot to sleep in comfortably the first night, nice creek by the house to go down to, if it was cleared out more it would be a great area to hang around. Other than those two things was a nice place to stay at,

Summary: We were visiting this area for a family memorial service and we needed a roomy place that could fit our extended family of 11. This house fit our needs very well. There were more than enough comfortable beds for everyone and the very open floor plan was great. The kitchen had all of the necessary tools and the entire house was very clean. I would be happy to rent this home again.
