Summary: Older hotel. Room had a funky smell. Carpert not very clean. The pool is used for public senior excercise.

Summary: Online photos look outdated, but there have been some updates. Our room was clean. Very friendly and informative desk attendant. We had 3 queen beds which was great for our family of 5. This was by far the best indoor hotel pool we've ever seen aside from water parks. It was huge and had a big hot tub as well. Not much in the town of Kalkaska, but we drove to Traverse City and Sleeping Bear Dunes. Conveniently located next to a grocery store and near some restaurants. Took off a star because our mattress sagged, there was food left in our fridge, and we had to biy some drano for our bath tub. Otherwise, no complaints!
