The newly renovated first floor consists of a 1000 Sq. Ft. game room including a pool table, foosball table, a fire burning stove and 50” flat screen TV and a gorgeous kitchen with 16 foot ceilings and other features. There are three bedrooms and one bathroom on this floor.
The Second Floor has another large 700 sq ft living space with a large balcony, a 65” Smart TV, a full library with a card table + other games. There are four bedrooms and 3 bathrooms on this floor. 2 bathrooms are en suite.
Outside we have a large patio with a brand new Napoleon Gas Grill, a custom made 10' table, and an indoor heated pool that is 36’ foot long 9 foot deep (on deep end) inside a gorgeous, newly built enclosure with cathedral ceilings and wall to wall windows. Newly added sauna is in this structure as well.

Summary: Great stay for large group. Plenty of room and bedrooms. Really large kitchen and plenty of room to gather and cook. Two TV sitting area was very convenient for everyone. Outdoor patio with grill sat everyone comfortably and the indoor pool was a fantastic bonus. Tina and Boris were great hosts and communicated well during the whole process. Would recommend it to everyone.

Summary: Just got back from an awesome stay at this house. The property is huge, very clean and in an awesome location. About a 5 minute drive to Shawnee mountain and with a lot of places to eat nearby. The main road has plenty of fast food restaurants, supermarkets and any other stores you might need on tour stay there. We had such a great time we are already booking for the summer time.

Summary: Me and my large family had a wonderful stay. House is spacious, was super comfortable and well equipped with everything you will need to have a great time. My kids loved the pool and the hot tub was a hit as well. I cook a lot and the large kitchen was just perfect. What great place to cook and well equipped as well. Overall we really enjoyed stain there, the host was super responsive and made our stay even better. Definitely coming back next summer!!!

Summary: We were a family of 11 adults and 4 children. The house was roomy and comfortable. we had s’mores out by the fire pit every night. We brought our karaoke machine and had karaoke contest and dance offs! The kids were able to swim in the pool even though it was October! had fun going to the Bushkill Falls, which was 10 minutes away and a huge candy gift shop that the kids loved! Tina was a great hostess and kept in contact with us to make sure everything was going well. I would definitely highly recommend her home to anybody Looking for a fun family vacation!

Summary: Great location to waterfalls and small/ big hikes. Address provided on VRBO was different than what was emailed to me by the owners which led me and my guests to a wrong house upon arrival. Pool was leaking on a daily basis hence the water took extra long to heat. One of the rooms had a moldy and damp smell upon arrival & the dehumidifier tubs had a very strong unpleasant scent. The garage door did not lock (& the inside door to the house) - poor security. House is spacious but overall conditions need to be improved. Owners were very nice and responsive to our complaints but the problems could not be resolved during our stay.

Summary: This house worked well for our reunion. Wonderful common areas for the adults and kids to gather. Great pool and outdoor area/grill. We loved the spacious kitchen! Beds were comfy:)

Summary: Our whole family (16 of us plus one baby) stayed in this beautiful house to celebrate our 50th anniversary. There was plenty of room for everyone, lots of games and activities, and best of all: the pool. Every afternoon was spent in the pool. The adults also enjoyed the lovely huge kitchen and large eating areas, both inside and outside. There are also plenty of day trips to take and wonderful restaurants. Tina was very responsive and easy to work with.

Summary: We have been taking our ever expanding family on a family vacation for the last 20+ years and this house is a real standout !! Lots of room for a large family, great layout for time together as well as time apart, plenty of room for all 15 of us. The pool and outdoor area were perfect, clean and well maintained. Definitely one of the best places we have stayed, and our children and grandchildren all agree that we want to come back here every year we can! And on top of all of that, Tina was a joy to work with, quick to answer questions, and checking on us regularly to make sure all was well. And the house manual that Boris put together was sooo helpful and gave us all the info we needed to get comfortable and feel at home right away. We would highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a lovely, well equipped vacation home!
