Positive: Val was a wonderful host and was incredibly kind. We really enjoyed our stay to explore the highlands and the jacuzzi was perfect after a long day of hiking. The surrounding scenery was stunning for those that are seeking to get away from the city and appreciate the peace and quiet.

Positive: Very nice apartment, clean and had lots of useful bits if we needed them. It did not have an oven which was confusing as the pictures show an oven, but this is a part of the chalet and not the studio apartment. The host cooked our food, as we brought oven only items! The host was very friendly, lent us her walking sticks for our hike up Ben Nevis, spoke to us about things to do in the local area. Loved waking up to the sheep outside.
Negative: I didn’t like that the listing has merged two very different properties in to one. I don’t think the first picture on the listing should be a picture of a hot tub, you can only use the hot tub if you are in the chalet. I think they should be two properties listed completely separately as they are very different. It should also very clearly state in the accommodation information section what is available in each property, and clearly advising what isn’t. When I challenged this on arrival, the host explained the two options are available to book. As the chalet was booked up, I only had one option available at booking and thought I was booking the whole place. The whole reason we booked this accommodation was for the hot tub, I really do not believe it is clear enough. This was very disappointing on arrival, I think it needs to be changed as it seems to be false advertisement as it alludes that more is available than in reality. It is a very nice flat, it just isn’t what it says on the label.

Positive: It’s a beautiful little apartment in such a perfect location in the Highlands! It was spotless and Val our host was so bubbly and welcoming. There was some stuff already stocked in the kitchen like pasta, rice and cereals, which was a great touch. It was very spacious as well with a small selection of games and puzzles.
