The design is contemporary yet, has many practical attributes allowing natural light in and cross-ventilation. Magnificent high ceilings & extensive floor to ceiling windows throughout emphasize gorgeous views, light, and infuses a sense of extra space into the home.
Alluvium boasts 5 bedrooms (all linen is provided), 3 bathrooms (the ensuite is like a resort style bathroom with bath), media room, an open-plan kitchen, dining and lounge room flow effortlessly to sun-drenched large timber entertaining terraces. Bringing the outside, inside with ease through large full-length glass windows and doors creating a picturesque frame- optimising rural views as well as being a soothing tranquil place to escape.
On a sealed road, located in a private area just 5 minutes to the centre of Berry Village and 10 minutes to Seven Mile Beach, Alluvium gives you a luxurious country lifestyle escape.

Bookings made for a Thursday and Friday nights or Sunday and Monday nights are charged at the full weekend tariff

Summary: This property sells itself. The house is beautiful, private and clean. 3 bathrooms for 10 guests is perfect. Close to Berry and surrounds. We went kayaking in Kangaroo Valley, to the beach at Gerroa, as well wineries.

Summary: Lovely for couples to have own room with a proper bed, not bunks, and 3 bathrooms between 10 people was good. We all loved the house and location and certainly would have liked to stay longer.

Summary: Beautiful and modern house set amongst greenery and nature. The house had all the essentials, it was clean and it even had a media room. Only downside was that not all the bedroom windows had blinds so if you’re a sensitive sleeper then just be prepared to hang some beach towels over the windows. It wasn’t a big deal and it didn’t dampen our stay.

Summary: This is a beautiful property. The setting over Berry Mountain is so picturesque and tranquil and you can sit on the balcony and soak up the atmosphere. We rented the house as a pre wedding location for our daughter and it was perfect with amazing photos taken and the house is very well equipped. 5 bedrooms for family which are all comfortable and full length mirrors in bedrooms assist with wedding needs. This was the perfect property for our needs but it would be equally as perfect for any family/friends getaway.
