Negative: well over-rated and priced.......fallacious presentation : NO view on ocean, NO heated pool, NO coffee shop, NO yoga courses....the parking place after rain is a slippery mud ground ( 3 to 5 inches thick ) ....shabby, worn-out curtains, furniture...unfunctionnal propane ( stove top and oven )....toilet bowl cover was loose and falling down at each use...supposed to be repaired but never did....WE THOUGHT OFFERINF OURSE3LVES A TREAT BUT FELT BARELY RIPPED-OFF +++ you FEEL THAT YOU ARE THERE TO ONLY GIVE YOUR $$$ TO A MONEYMAKER NOT TO RECEIVE HOSPITALITY AND THE CARES THE booking.com AD WRONGLY PROMISED TO YOU ......DEFINITIVELY A BAD ADRESS

Positive: Our executive villa was great, very secure, spacious, comfy bed, fully equipped kitchen, outdoor area with hammock & big grill, beach chairs and umbrella provided, access to pool and spa area, hot stone massage was great. Just 15 min walk to town and beaches. Mariana and Maria were amazing hosts and couldn’t have done more to help us.
Negative: Slight damp smell in the bed room. Steam room in the spa not available.
Summary: Comfortable and relaxing stay.
