Positive: The location in the resort and the chalet itself was great - beautiful, spatious, bathrooms in every floor, perfect for a big group of people, you would not hear a lot of noise from other houses as well. We had a great experience staying here for skiing, highly recommend. They gave extra special attention for the dog.
Negative: Addition of washing machine or laundry services would be great for longer stays. Please keep in mind that the ski in-ski out slope is a red one and is quite advanced for beginners - our novice skiers of the group decided to drive to the easier slopes with a car.

Negative: The heating downstairs in our apartment didn’t work. The bedrooms were cool which was ok, but the downstairs bathroom was freezing cold. Underfloor heating not working, we reported it twice to reception but it still didn’t work.
