Positive: We are second time in this hotel. It’s really nice hotel. Good location. Perfect breakfast with the outside terrace.
Negative: It was strange that we ordered one room and when we came, they didn’t have that room. They offered us, as they said, better room. New room was nice. We got new room with terrace in ground floor, when initially our room was with balcony. 5* hotel should not do like this.
Summary: Nice hotel, beautiful sea views, good location. Breakfast outside terrace big variety.

Positive: Location to the harbour, restaurants and cafes is very good, and walkable. The breakfast options were fresh and varied, and the service from staff was friendly and efficient. The rooms were pleasant enough, of a decent size, and my sister and I were pleased to receive adjoining rooms.
Negative: I was expecting a big refurbishment!! but other than some new furnishings in the lobby, and the walls looking like they had been painted, the hotel was much the same as I remember it on my last visit a good few years ago. Some furnishings, soft furnishings, curtains, lobby and hallway floors, outside pathways and terraces looked tired and in need of maintenance or replacement. One of the two blinds at my bedroom window was not working, as in, I could not get it to pull up/open, I informed reception on checking out. We ordered room service on two occasions, on the second, the food arrived and was stone cold, it was taken away and replaced, and a free bottle of wine was given. However this shows a lack of quality control on food leaving the kitchen. My sister was completely ignored when waiting for a drink at the greek restaurant on the broad walk, when raised with another member of staff a free drink was provided, however, given I was only on a 3 night stay, two incidents resulting in compensatory drinks is not good for the hotel's service reputation or indeed their profit margins !! The only outside toilets I could locate, were down the steps at the greek restaurant, and were badly ventilated.
Summary: A pleasant stay, but room for improvement

Positive: Staff in all positions were amazing! Extremely friendly and polite! Best service i had in years!
Negative: The room temperature was extremely uncomfortable. There was noticeable humidity, and it felt very hot. We were unable to sleep during the night due to the unpleasant temperature conditions in the room. We couldn't switch on the AC because it was cold outside and i had a small child with me. I beleive this is the reason the had it on offer. Also, the coffee machine was very dirty.
