Summary: Disappointed, when I first arrived the key card system wasn’t working. So they had to walk us to the room. The hotel over all starting to look dated. Missing small things from wipes for the face. Also not enough small towels only one in the entire room. Not worth the price sadly.

Summary: The room was so noisy, there was the a/c unit that seemed to run without stopping and the shower/toilet didn’t have a dedicated light switch. These may appear to be knit picks but it’s the difference between a good/okay stay and a great stay. I also noticed that the room could have used a little upkeep as certain things were wearing thin.

Summary: Very average property. The restaurants serve nothing but frozen food and the breakfast was not really breakfast. Noisy aircon noisy fridge in the rooms. Usual boring Mariott style Hotel

Summary: The first night we stayed there we checked in pretty late at 10 o’clock because they weren’t comfortable And a hotel down the street so we came to the aloft because I’ve been there before unfortunately there was ants in our room. The shower was so cold. There was no hot water and the phone is not working to call service all night the next day all they did was offer us 20% And all he wants to do is relax moving and moving replace place just nothing what’s going right

Summary: It was average, walls were paper thin and could hear neighbors talking. Kids were running up and down the hallway several times during the night. Decor was very up to date and delightful.

Summary: It was a nice hotel. The beds were not comfortable but rarely have I stayed in a hotel where they were. We were on the 4th floor and you have to go all the way down to the lobby to get a bag of ice. No one ever told us where breakfast was served and we never asked so I can’t comment on the food. We asked for a late check out and were told they could only extend for an hour. Anything over that and we would be charged for an extra night. My husband had just had surgery the day before. We had to be out of the hotel at 11:00 and his next appointment wasn’t until 3:30 so that was inconvenient. We liked the layout of the room. We were not a fan of the paper thin toilet paper. The hotel was only 10 minutes from the surgery center and there were plenty of places to eat. Meijer is minutes away which was convenient for picking up my husband’s prescriptions.

Summary: The property was modern and there were plenty of things to do inside of the facility. Breakfast was offered when I booked for $26 extra which I declined, upon check in I mentioned the breakfast and was told each breakfast item was a la carte which confused me so I declined again. IHOP was across the road. Upon walking into our room for the first time there was a pretty crystal clear indication that someone laid down on the bed after it was made. We didn’t make a fuss we just asked for extra pillow cases since the sight of an indentation of someones head on the pillow was something we couldn’t ignore. Garbage cans still had remaining items from previous travelers (luggage tags) still no biggie but should be a privacy measure taken by the hotel to empty those. There was also a chicken bone right in front of our floor’s elevator that remained there for our entire stay, it was even accompanied by a patch of crushed crumbs on our way down to check out. A nice touch. While all small issues they say a lot. Cleanliness is not up to par, and QC may be non existent. Still enjoyed our stay overall despite the untidiness.
