Positive: Standard commercial hotel. All very convenient. We were able to use the pool in the neighbouring hotel, which is connected by a corridor. Staff were helpful and professional.

Negative: You have to wear swim hats in the pool!

Positive: Location. How they welcoming kids !!!

Negative: When I arrived at the hotel I had two rooms booked for 2 adult and 2 children, I make small mistake I forget to added by not adding my 7 years old child to the reservation , instead for helping or finding reasonable solution, the hotel refused to let us check unless I upgrade one room to suite . I was forced to pay 110 euros for 3 night just to allowed for one 7 -years old child to stay - without adding an extra bed in the so - called (suite) . This is absolutely not acceptable and feels like pure exploitation, not hospitality. Is this really how aloft hotel chooses to welcoming families and children ?!! A very disappointing experience, caused entirely by poor management decisions and unprofessional reception staff. This is not definitely not the kind of welcome you expect when travelling without with kids Thanks a lot to aloft hotel management and reception staff - a truly terrible a first impression
