Positive: Staff was great. Friendly and helpful.

Negative: The hotel feels a bit outdated and appears to be behind on maintenance. It also fails to establish a 'feel'. Does it want to feel like a party hotel? Does it want to feel like a classy hotel? The wifi provided is so slow that we ended up using phones as hotspot instead.

Summary: It's ok but feels overpriced to me.

Positive: Location is great. Quiet neighborhood, safe, near plenty of restaurants. Breakfast is very good. Gym has enough equipments for a short stay.

Negative: The hotel is new, but the facilities are not great. The curtains in my room closed only half way and the staff weren’t able to address the issue.
