Positive: Good apartment when you want to stay with more people offering reasonable price vs. quality ratio.
Negative: WiFi internet was not existing, bathroom and kitchen could get some upgrades. Windows would need fly nets - it was not possible to open windows with lights on - which you need to do not to suffocate in summer with heat - there was no AC.
Summary: Good for a short stay
