Positive: The Alpaca Inn is a rustic quaint down to earth homey place to stay. It fits perfectly with the feel of Lava Hotsprings and that is why every time I go, I stay at Alpaca Inn. The staff are friendly and helpful and available for calls and questions.

Positive: The place is cute, new, clean, and quiet. Excellent location and the staff was very nice.

Negative: Our only complaint was that the bed in the private room #9 was very uncomfortable, and the pillows were either too hard or very thin.
