Positive: Hotel is comfort with very nice sauna and wellness area
Negative: That I had to move my car to the nerby parking The guy who works as massage center doesn't speak english nor german. had to cancel massage reservation because of missunderstanding and at the same time no stuff was there in the hotel to help.
Summary: Value for money not worth. Try similar spots.

Positive: The real gem in the Austria! We loved everything! It is very well located, comfortable rooms with all the details for the skiers to dry up the clothing. The breakfast choice is just excellent! One of the best we have ever been. Also the menu for the dinner is great. And we lived a small detail as a handmade soap at the reception! Highly recommended!

Positive: Great breakfast offering. Also thoroughly enjoyed the saunas and the outdoor pool. Rooms are equipped with very good shower and bath facilities, and are generally very comfortable. But what was best about this place was the friendly and relaxed vibe. The staff were very nice, everyone from the lovely women at the front desk to the cleaning staff, and the locals who drink at the bar were lots of fun to drink with, particularly one guy who very kindly gifted me a bottle of a very tasty chocolate chili schnapps he makes himself.
Negative: The only disappointment, which was totally understandable given it was winter, is my kids couldn't drop in on the half pipe. There was still too much snow. Can't have everything!
Summary: Out of Italy, Czech and this Austria trip this year, this was my favorite.

Negative: We enjoyed our stay a lot, but the pool could have been warmer and a security camera at the ski room would have been helpful in the prevention of theft.
