Negative: Room was old fashion and warm (no airco), small balcony. People downstairs smoked which we could smell in our room.

Negative: It was hot in the room, during the evening it get better though - we’ve slept well at the end.

Positive: Amazing location near to the lifts. Very friendly staff, especially Czech girls at the breakfast. We had a halfboard and the dinner was very delicious (starter, main food and desert). I would say it was the best food we ever had at the hotel. Breakfast was also very tasty. Wellness area is perfect. We had a panorama room which was modern, new and clean with amazing view from the bed. We enjoyed our stay in the hotel very much and we will definetely come back.

Positive: the bed was quite good, the room had a lot of storage space, the saunas and the pool area were good, the breakfast was good, the dinner was generally tasty. The staff was friendly and approachable, thank you!

Negative: The pillows were bad, the wardrobe sliding doors were poorly designed, the soundproofing of the rooms was only reasonable, the rooms and the entire hotel were a bit untidy and some places had been left unmaintained. I would pay special attention to cleanliness. There were too many broken ski racks in the ski room and the ski room was not locked. In the pool department there were deficiencies in soap and functioning showers.
