Positive: Our room was very nice and it did, in fact, have a view of the Matterhorn. The staff was friendly and helpful, the breakfast was good, and we really apprreciated that the hotel arranged for free taxi service to/from the train station when we arrived and departed with our heavy bags. We were sorry not to have a chance to try the sauna. The location is bit of a walk uphill from the center of town, which had both good points and bad.
Negative: Nothing really.

Positive: Outstanding stay! Beyond the beautiful view of the Matterhorn, the space was perfect for our family of 4. We appreciated the included taxi ride upon arrival and departure, the friendly staff and the included breakfast to start off our days!
Negative: It wasn't a big deal but the walk uphill from town was a little tiring. That said, it was more important for us to be away from the heart of the town and enjoy peace and quiet.
Summary: 100% recommend and would stay again! Amazing view of Matterhorn & perfect space & quite.

Positive: Great view of the Matterhorn, the rooms are nicely decorated and the robes and slippers made it feel like home. The eggs to order at breakfast and the fresh fruit were a plus.
Negative: It is a hike to the property but the view is spectacular so it was worth it.
Summary: We had a wonderful time and enjoyed the comforts and views from the room.

Positive: The room was comfortable and big, and the hotel is lovely. Staff is very friendly. I also liked the complimentary taxi service for arrival and departure (this is for 2+ nights stay) because the hotel is on a hill. The views are amazing.
