Positive: The reception lady was extremely helpful. If you stay in this resort make sure you get a See view - we didn’t and felt disappointed.
Negative: Reception hours are very limited. The flat felt dark - no opening window in third bedroom. No chopping board, we had to ask for a corkscrew and the dishwasher was not unpacked when we arrived. A sizeable Euro deposit was requested on arrival and immediately taken from my a/c - 5 working days later and this has not yet been re credited. I telephoned to check and was reassured this was actioned the day after we left and should be with me in 10 days… this seems very one sided! I have experienced this deposit to cover against property damages but it has always been instantly re credited on check out.
Summary: Would have preferred a See view!

Positive: Very good welcome from Reception with explanation about ski buses and other information we needed. The apartment was comfortable and well appointed, everything you need - we were a family of 5 (3 university-age kids). Lovely huge master bedroom with large en-suite bathroom. Good heating system. Nice to have dishwasher and dishwasher tablets, washing up liquid and bin liners supplied. Lovely option to order fresh bread and pastries to be delivered the following morning downstairs to collect. Nice big balcony with table and chairs. Didn't use them, but good to have a washing machine and a dryer available in the utility area.
Negative: Just a little far from the town, shops, restaurants and ski lifts than we would have preferred on a ski holiday. As we were self-catering but without a car (arrived by taxi from airport) there was no big supermarket nearby to stock-up on basics for the week so we kept having to do small shopping trips everyday on way back from the ski lifts from the Jet2 garage and Spar in town which got really busy - not great choices of food to buy. Very small kitchen area and no mats for the dining table. There was a sauna for the entire apartment block, but needed to be booked out on an hourly basis per household. Got booked quickly. No changing room though. The corridors leading to the doors of each apartment were freezing and open to the outside but I guess it didn't matter once inside your apartment. Our apartment said 'mountain view' which technically meant looking out onto a disused building with broken glass, and onto other houses up the hill. Didn't matter to us for a ski holiday, but I wouldn't have liked to sit on the balcony in summer looking out at that. Finally, the boot room was a cold room off the car parking area with nowhere to sit to get boots on! We left our skis there but took our ski boots up to the apartment to dry out in the utility area.
Summary: Great place to ski. Apartment good, just a little further away from ski lifts than ideally wanted.
