Positive: Location is perfect, easy bus route access to town/Rohrmoos ski areas and Planai. Lovely and warm, staff very helpful. Super new pool, sauna area.
Negative: Shame the restaurant isn't better, waiters not going to put himself out, Could be a great set up to save going into town. Hopefully this will improve as it would be a great asset

Positive: Great apartments with all the necessary facilities, clean and amazing view. There is also a game room and sauna. The location is also great, very close to the slopes and Schladming town. Would definitely recommend
Negative: Early check-in policy, which is 20 euro even when the room is ready. Swimming pool under maintenance till december 2024

Positive: the apartament was big enough, convenient, room service good quality, helpful, well equiped kitchen. Good ski-room, area for teenagers: table tenis, billiards etc.
Negative: there was lack of information that the swimming pool was out of order - big minus. Frankly speaking, that was one of the factors why we chose this hotel. The other minus for lack of possibility to pay by card in the hotel restaurant, only by cash

Positive: Lots of space in appartement, large bathroom with bath. Beds were prepared, towels included, All accessories available in the kitchenette. Even cleaning services twice a week.
Negative: Interior a bit outdated but descent quality. Pool was out of service but we were informed on that before arrival. Matrass not hard enough, but that is personal

Positive: we had a large 2 bed apartment. clean and spacious
Negative: the cooking facility’s were less than expected especially as the restaurant is not open. a hob and a microwave with a crisp function that just burnt what ever you put in. as the restaurant was closed the last thing we wanted to do after a long day of skiing was go into town and get dinner. we ate on the slopes in the day and done a food shop for things like pizza’s. ready made lasagna for dinner. but we’re unable to cook any of it.
Summary: rooms good. pool not open as broken. no oven in the room
