Summary: Facilities were all modern and clean, the carpets were very aged and stained, almost need replacing but overall was still clean. The drive into the carparking area was cluttered with bins and there was a door to an outside storage area tgat was unlatched and swinging into the drive. I had to get out and close it as it could have scraped my vehicle driving in. A very tight carpark but great that the vehicle was off the street.

Summary: Broken light not fixed or replaced during 4 day stay. Insufficient crockery for amount of people in room. Tea, milk etc not replaced. Clean towels & flannels not replaced during stay. Insufficient disabled parking.

Summary: This was a last minute “have to “ after plane returning to Christchurch. But it didn’t have the room service that was advertised on the wotif ad. Very inconvenient for trying to get breakfast etc. because had no coat or brolley.

Summary: Lift didn’t work had to carry luggage up and down the stairs my wife has a bad knee I mentioned to staff they said it would be fixed we stayed 7 nights it didn’t work the whole time

Summary: The security is the worst I’ve ever seen Door to street wide open all day.Stairs to upstairs right inside door before reservation desk People could enter and desk would never know Desk guy never at desk anyway room ok Fairly clean Sketchy neighborhood Bad parking situation.Elevator not working Washer dryer not working Can’t believe it’s a Best Western Don’t stay here
