Summary: Friendly staff and very efficient. The nicest toilet paper of any hotel I stayed at lol. And that means a lot. Nice Korean restaurant right beside the hotel. We would definitely stay again

Summary: Hot tub hasn't been in service the last 2 stays. You would think they would remove it from their list of amenities if they dont plan on fixing it..

Summary: Room rate was rather expensive for the accommodation exchanged. Due to the limited options in the areas where our route planned. The room was a basic bed and bathroom. Check in was slow even with prior booking made earlier in the day. It was rather a confusing check in. Asked to pay when Hotels.ca booking indicated that it was charged during booking. In room coffee was bland no taste. For the amount paid for the room, it felt like being taken advantage of by the establishment for goods exchanged. For sure if we would not want to stop in again when we are back in the area.

Summary: The room was sparse, terrible hard pillow and stained sheets. The hot tub (pictured in the ad) has not been used for many years. The tv was not working well and the staff didn’t really care. There was a slow trickle of water all night from the pipes somewhere above us, and lots of noise in the room adjacent to us. WAY overpriced , even $75 per night would have been too much.

Summary: there was a few minor hiccups when I first checked in but the staff went over and above to correct these They are dealing with an older building which is a challenge while they seem to be upgrading everything They were wonderful to deal with

Summary: I had booked a king size bed, when I went to check in they had none so we got 2 queens instead, but they seemed more like doubles. The hot tub and sauna weren't on, and there was no mention of that anywhere online. Someone knocked on the door at 9 am, we didn't answer quickly as we were still in bed, so they just came in. It was someone to replace towels?? At 9, with a checkout time of 11. Shortly after the towel guy, it sounded like they were moving every piece of furniture they had upstairs around, dragging it across the floor. Shortly after that they were hammering and drilling. Definitely not a great place for sleeping in. The whole place just had a weird, off vibe, especially compared to photos online. Wouldn't stay here again.
