We do not accept bookings back to back on check in or check out days for scheduled guests.
Pricing: Base rate includes 4 guests, there after is 15.00 per person per night per my cabin, others have similar so you need to check. Then state taxes, cleaning fee and damage deposit will be available to see at the end. Although it is listed inside my site to view for my costs. Vrbo has processing fee's that can only be seen once you've stated the amount of guests booking at the end to tally.
OUR Hot tub is available to use with a 300.00 Damage/Security deposit.18 yrs and up only. This is not necessary if you do not wish to use the tub, it is locked w/key code.
ALPINE VIEW CABIN: A VERY 'REAL' COZY AUTHENTIC 1900 SQ FT CABIN: 15 min. drive from DT Cle-Elum. A three-story A-Frame with interior rustic pine walls, new carpet, heated tile floor on private acreage. Boasting a beautiful open view of Mount Stuart Range. Nestled in partial evergreens, flat to gently sloping acreage at an elevation of 2800 feet. 20-30 min to the Yakima river, Ellensburg, Lake Cle elum, Roslyn, Ronald & Suncadia. Full to partial sun threw out the day (warm/hot/dry)summer. Winter also has beautiful bright days showing off the Stuart Mt range with snow on them..
Our cabin is what you would expect a 'cabin' to be! It is located on 1+ acre with no one next door, behind you or right in front of you and easy access in/out. Very private, not like Roslyn Ridge homes (a residential neighborhood) all side by side of each other and not in the woods.
( Do to insurance company policies we cannot accept any "pets", sorry, no exceptions.) No extra guests above the occupancy min or rv's aloud.
SPECIAL: offering nightly "off season only", 'couples' or up to four guests, for smaller group rates. Rental of the upper two levels only. Daylight basement/Bedrooms will be locked during a four person stay at any time. Does not apply on holidays, high season or larger groups. The system does not show this rate so please ask me to adjust your estimate to reflect correct pricing.
Occupancy: Maximum of 8 adults, the rest children.

MAIN FLOOR: 1 Bth w/vanity. 1 bdr, 1 Queen. 1 sleep sofa in living room.
LARGE LOFT Bedroom; 1 queen & 1 futon with addition 4 sleeping mats. DAYLIGHT DAYLIGHT BASEMENT; 1 Bth. Bdr 1 has 1 king w/private vanity-sink. Bdr 2 has 1 king w/private vanity-sink along with 1 bunk bed (two twin beds).
Guest love our comfortable plush mattresses/beds, memory foam toppers, all new, nice bedding on all bed's with 2 additional down comforters for winter warmth in daylight bedrooms.
NEW*** COMPETITION HORSE SHOE PIT INSTALLED.
CLEAN/MAINTAINED; Private Hot tub on site, all cleaning supplies available too. Clean/maintained Community Pool, a 2-3 min drive down to the cabana/lodge area. Deer 3-12 total, daily multiple visit’s, Turkey’s 8-12 total, am daily visit. Provided snack food, take pics!!
SPACIOUS FOR FAMILY & FRIENDS. The cabin is well equipped for 3 families to enjoy without giving up any privacy for everyone. All bedrooms are well equipped and private. No hidden agenda about sleeping areas. One place we rented, said sleeps 16 on queens, not mentioning all bunk beds!
MOSQUITO'S: Enjoy evenings without the hassles of them, unique to our cabin.
TREE HOUSE: *Summer* Additional to advertisement(finished room) off of the deck for smaller kids to bunk in. 4 available sleeping mats.
DRIVING-PARKING:
The easy drive up, unlike a lot of lots in the development, ours is close in and very easily accessible by vehicle. Parking is huge on sight.

(LT MURRAY WILD LIFE AREA) private trail entrance, 600 miles of groomed ORV/Snowmobile/ATV/4x4(TANEUM/MANASTASH). Popular for 4 x 4, snowmobiling, wild flowers, hunting, berry & mushroom picking. Surrounding area's you can gold pan (Liberty), metal detect, search for Ellensburg blue, fish, swim, go river rafting, bike the rat pac trail. (JOHN WAYNE PIONEER TRAIL), 100 mile long, for non motorized hiking/biking/horseback riding.
GUIDED LOCAL TOURS:
Fishing, fly fishing, horseback rides, hay rides, wagon trains.
RENTALS:
Snowmobiles/jet ski's/boats/fishing gear/canoes/tubes/bikes etc for the entire family. Private companies, not at cabin site, call them to pre-reserve/availability.
No Bachelor/or ette - Heavy Drinking Parties allowed. You will forfeit all monies paid and be asked to leave immediately. We will not accommodate such activities.
