Alpine View Haus on Main is on the second floor of the popular River Park Building in the heart of Leavenworth. The condo offers the most incredible unobstructed views of the Enchantment Mountains that are available. It's just two blocks from the heart of the city where unique shopping and restaurants abound. It overlooks the Wenatchee River as well as Blackbird Island Park. Wine tasting is a popular activity in town and well known Wineries are gathered on the outskirts of the town.
Art in the Woods at the Sleeping Lady Resort and world class Rock Climbing offer a variety of fun. As does the new Roller Coaster on the side of a Mountain just as you enter Leavenworth.
(As far as housekeeping information: We have the only parking garage in Leavenworth and we have the convenience of an elevator. I have a second condo in the building in case you need to accommodate more family and friends.) Will & Penny

Summary: Great condo in ideal location! It is also very secure with codes necessary to run the elevator and doors. The combo lock to the unit is persnickety and took me a few times to open and lock each time. The parking garage is great but if you have an extra car like we did, parking could be a problem, so try to only bring one car. We enjoyed easy access to nice restaurants and fun shops. The balcony is a comfortable space for relaxing and people watching.

Summary: The location was great, off the beaten path of town so not too noisy. But close enough to walk anywhere. Also, owners were prompt and easy to work with when we arrived and someone was parked in our spot. They were able to remedy the situation quickly. Would stay again.was parked in our spot.

Summary: We were in town for just a couple of days, traveling with family who were visiting from Colorado. The building was secure and clean. Parking was easy and the location couldn't be any better.

Summary: Very nice apartment. There was a bit of a learning curve with elevator code and front door but fine if you are patient and read the instructions. Garage was great. We had a regular sized car. It was tight for larger SUVs but they managed. Overall, a great place to seat.

Summary: It was better than expected. The place is perfect for 2 couples, the kitchen is so spacious & has everything you need. We all were so comfy & cozy the fireplace is adorable. The 2 full bathrooms were great, beds were also comfy! Bonus having shampoo, conditioner & good soap. We ended up spending more time at the condo because the patio was so comfy and the view was so beautiful!! We will always come here if it’s available!!

Summary: We walked in and were blown away at how awesome this condo was! The decorations added to the charm. The kitchen and bathrooms were very well stocked. We did not need anything. They even offered both a Kureg and coffee pot. The property is really conveniently located near downtown and the park/river. We would definitely stay here again!!

Summary: Property is not on Front Street but is in walking distance. It was good to have the option of cooking or eating out. Dan's Grocery store is in walking distance. Parking is super tight tho. Beautiful view of the river.

Summary: Our family stayed over the Thanksgiving break and we had an amazing time. The condo was just as described online and perfect for our family of 4. It was clean, cozy and very comfortable. The parking garage was a huge plus and the location was great. We were within walking distance to just about everything we wanted to do. Thank you for sharing your home with us and we can't wait to come back for another visit!
