Positive: This accomodation is beautiful and in a fantastically convenient, ski in/out part of the village. The staff were very helpful and the included morning bread/pastry service is a wonderful touch. I highly recommend this as a place to stay in Kuhtai. To access the lifts, you can ski straight out the front of the apartment down to the Dreiseenbahn lift via an underpass under the road. There is a ticket office at this lift and then head out for the day from there. No need to walk up the road to the Startbahn lift to get your tickets.
Negative: Just be aware that views from each apartment are quite varied. We arrived expecting sweeping panoramic views from our apartment as shown in the listing, however, our apartment looked at the back of the block in front. There were mountain glimpses from parts of the balcony and from the bedroom but it's important everyone is aware not all apartments have the view shown in the listing photographs. The staff were very helpful and offered us another apartment, so can't fault their service. The self-checkin is a little bit of a pain. Feels like you're staying in an AirBnB. It's easy enough but always prefer to speak with a real person rather than work out door codes and using a kiosk. Lastly, know that their driveway is on the downhill side of Alpensuites Kuhtai. If there is signage, I missed it and it took a little while to work out that the accomodation is behind Alpensuites and is accessed via a laneway on the left hand side of this property.

Positive: Very nice well appointed and equipped chalet. Bread deliveries in the morning were a good addition. The staff at Alpin lodges were extremely helpful, answered all my queries very promptly. The taxi transfer to the airport, which they recommended, was very reasonably priced and only took 45 minutes
Negative: Limited range of shopping for self catering. It is worth going to a supermarket in Innsbruck ( there is one in the train station) before coming to Kuhtai
Summary: A nice friendly resort with a modern lift system, very convenient for Innsbruck airport.

Positive: The good, family-friendly resort, has a great sauna. Nice touch with the fresh bread every day. Underground parking was great.
Negative: Bathroom virtually in one of the rooms. No possibility of later check-out and generally Check-in is after 4 PM and check-out is at 10 AM which is too early.
