Positive: The farm is nice and build in good shape with pool and amenities.

Negative: The accommodation had numerous flies and lizards, requiring fly killer. The bedroom AC was loud, and the pool lacked temperature control and adjustable water levels. Showers had poor drainage due to blocked drainage and lacked boundaries, causing water to accumulate.

Positive: The location and overall atmosphere were very nice, with a beautiful view and a peaceful environment. It has great potential for a relaxing family getaway if properly maintained. We also appreciated the kind gesture of the fruit basket.

Negative: Several important issues did not match the description or expected standards. The sofa bed mentioned in the listing was not available, which caused inconvenience for sleeping arrangements. The stove was damaged and very difficult to use. The bathroom drain was clogged and had to be fixed by us. The barbecue area and some facilities like the volleyball net and ping pong table were broken. There were also recurring electrical issues, with power frequently cutting off. Overall, many of the amenities were either not functioning properly or poorly maintained.

Summary: Nice location with great potential, but several maintenance issues need to be resolved to meet expectations.
