Positive: Staff/volunteers are absolutely fantastic, friendly, approachable and genuine. Communication was easy, room was good, light, airy, comfy bed, hot water. Location was great, wasily walkable too the main tourist sites/Bethlehem. I am a solo female and felt safe and walked the streets at night no problem. Everyone speaks very good english, welcoming and hospitable. Exceptional value for money.

Negative: Noise from other guests. I appreciate it was christmas but talking loudly in the corridors after midnight was disrespectful. This is no reflection on the staff or the premises at all.

Summary: Amazing staff, incredible people! Thankyou.

Positive: It was right in the center of Aida refugee camp. For people who want to see what life in the West Bank is really like, this is a perfect place to stay. There are no amenities offered but the room was clean and comfortable.

Summary: Good room, clean, and comfortable. Interesting location. A bit isolated from the rest of Bethlehem.

Positive: The staff were really friendly and helpful, the rooms were clean and excellent value for money, and the locals from the camp were so amazing. I'm not going to lie, I had tears in my eyes leaving the camp. Literally everything went amazingly. The israeli security at the airport held me for a few hours and the guest house staff stayed up to let me in at 1am.
