Alta Bella's kitchen/ dining area was built for entertaining a crowd with a 65-inch TV (with Sonos sound bar and subwoofer), a large dining table seating 12, and additional island seating for up to 6. The fully equipped kitchen with custom-built cabinetry and quartz counters is equipped with top-of-the-line appliances (Café refrigerator and freezer with filtered water and ice maker, oven, dishwasher, microwave) combined with lots of cookware that will make any chef very happy. Reed & Barton flatware and Fiesta tableware service for 20, coffee maker, blender, toaster, juicer, popcorn maker, waffle iron…and everything one might need to produce gourmet meals.
The villa’s living room is spacious with ample seating, stunning ocean views, and a 75-inch flatscreen TV (with Sonos sound bar, subwoofer, and surround speakers). There is an Xbox One (with DVD player and 4 controllers) that has access to the owner’s Xbox Live subscription and hundreds of games including many of the top current games as well as family-friendly board games like Monopoly, Risk, Wheel of Fortune, etc.
There are two beautiful exterior decks that provide plenty of room for everyone to enjoy and are perfect to enjoy starlight suppers, cocktail hours or fun-filled family time.
The partially covered upper deck has outdoor Sonos speakers to play music or listen to an audiobook as well as a BBQ, outdoor dining tables and comfortable chairs and a sofa. You can connect your own Spotify or another account to any Sonos speakers on the property using the Sonos app.
The partially covered pool deck level has a 75-inch outdoor TV (with sound bar) viewable from the Pool and Spa as well as Sonos speakers for music and more.
For the enjoyment of Alta Bella guests, the villa is equipped with concrete stairs right into the ocean. Water sports are included (two-person kayak, one-person kayak, and two paddle boards), and lots of snorkeling equipment.
Alta Bella has six stunning bedrooms that capture the magical beauty of Turks & Caicos.
There are 4 bedrooms in the Main House including the spacious main suite with sliding glass doors opening to a beautiful balcony with astounding views of the water. The remaining 3 guest bedrooms in the Main House are similarly and luxuriously appointed. One has its own full bathroom and shower while the other two share a full bathroom and shower. Each bedroom has ceiling fans, air conditioning, flat-screen TVs, and safes for securing your personal effects.
There are also 2 Casitas. The first is the Ocean Casita steps away from the water with stunning views. It has a full kitchen including a stove and refrigerator, full bathroom and shower, flat-screen TV, and high-speed WiFi. The second is a Pool Casita with a bathroom (optionally shared with pool guests as well as an outdoor shower), a mini fridge, flat-screen TV, and high-speed WiFi.
There is also a new Carport that provides covered parking to keep your rental car cool during the day. There is a 3rd Casita built into the Carport that may be available as early as late 2023. Please watch for an update or contact us if you would like more information.
Alta Bella is also equipped with a full Solar PV system and Tesla Powerwall batteries to reduce the chances of disruption if there is ever a power outage. Islands have excellent electricity overall but there are occasional outages so battery protection will eliminate most of those outages for guests of Alta Bella.
Providenciales is home to several of the world's most renowned beaches with sugar-fine sand and azure blue waters and we encourage you to explore them all. Stunning Taylor Bay beach is the closest beach (only a few short minutes away) an amazing beach that is usually quiet with hundreds of feet of shallow water to wade in. Also, close by in
Chalk Sound is Sapodilla Bay beach which is a small sheltered cove that offers shallow water similar to Taylor Bay beach. There are several food, drink, and water sports vendors that operate from the beach if you want a little more excitement than Taylor Beach.
You may perhaps go horseback riding along the white sands in Long Bay which will appeal to the nature lovers in your party. Or maybe you will want to explore the reef-protected waters of the Princess Alexandra National Park with your family and friends.
