Positive: Very good conditions for this price. The room was clean, and the kitchen had all the facilities. There is also a supermarket nearby, therefore it is easy to organize a breakfast yourself.

Negative: We were on the 4th floor but the elevator only reached the 3rd floor So stairs from there

Positive: It was located near to a great grocery store, bakery and kebab stand (which I highly recommend). The little kitchen area provided all the cutlery and glassware we needed. Quite cute actually.
Negative: I was on the 4th floor and it was hot outside during the time of my stay. No air conditioning so windows had to be open all night (which was a bit loud), but ear plugs were provided. If it had not been hot out, this place is good for its value.
Summary: Works well if you are trying to travel on a budget.
