Positive: It was located near to a great grocery store, bakery and kebab stand (which I highly recommend). The little kitchen area provided all the cutlery and glassware we needed. Quite cute actually.

Negative: I was on the 4th floor and it was hot outside during the time of my stay. No air conditioning so windows had to be open all night (which was a bit loud), but ear plugs were provided. If it had not been hot out, this place is good for its value.

Summary: Works well if you are trying to travel on a budget.

Positive: Good value for money, overall a pleasant stay, position a bit outside but well connected with the tram line. About 30-40 minutes from the city center. A few restaurants and services (like laundry) are nearby. The property provides a coffee machine, capsules for good coffee, and earplugs for noises.

Negative: Attention to detail needs to be better: the fridge was smelly and was not working; the socket multiplier didn't work; no socket near the bed; I booked the room for myself alone and there was a baby cot in the room, which occupied almost half of the free space: a little annoying. The external front door of the building had an electronic locker broken, so it always remain open to everyone. Worst part is that the front doors are not noise-insulated, and unfortunately it's full of impolite people on vacation that scream at night, have music on (also early morning) and kids that screaming. Had a hard time falling asleep withtout my noise-cancelling headphones, and I have been woken up by noises and screams almost every morning. Not ideal when you're traveling for work.

Positive: Very good location being a bit further from the noise of the city center but with very good public transport connection (M5 tram stops are very close). Supermarkets or quick places to eat are also nearby.

Negative: A mini fridge could have been not so mini but we were happy having it at all.
