Positive: I’d take the low ratings with a grain of salt or perhaps just a clash of personalities. I enjoyed my night here, bed was comfortable, place was clean, nice place to stay in a small town. There was even some information for local places/recommendations.

Negative: There wasn’t much in the way of sound proofing, I heard cars going by often and a few other guests but it didn’t keep me up.

Positive: Staying at this hotel was pleasant. The hostess Viola is a strict but pleasant lady. I don't see any shortcomings, maybe only that I would like to have breakfast. But these are trifles. The location is excellent. Quiet. Comfortable bed. Bed linen without smell.

Positive: It's a perfect location to start all the hiking objectives in the area. Close to the bus station. Very clean location, the host do the cleaning daily (except Sundays). The host speak English. If you want to check out early you get the breakfast at 07:30. (Normally it's from 08:00 till 09:30) Breakfast is good with quality products. Good value for the money.

Negative: Pillow wasn't very comfortable. For the breakfast you can't find any options if you are a vegetarian. The check-in hours could be more flexible. Coffee isn't so good, coffee machine could be switched to a new one.
