Positive: Cozy place to stay for a few nights. The apartment has everything that we need. Very convenient to the ski school, supermarket and the plaza
Negative: Exhaust fan in the second room not working most of the time, and because it is located inside the second room, so it make the ventilation not very good inside the room. To have 2 single bed or a big bunk bed (bigger gap in between the gap) inside the second room might be better for big kids. And also some selves inside the 2nd toilet will make it easier to place the toiletries. Set up WIFI is a must for nowadays. But Other than those, we have a lovely stay at the apartment

Negative: Much anticipated fireplace was broken on the day we arrived and couldn’t be fixed during our stay. Was disappointed to not have a working fireplace considering we booked this particular villa because of this feature.

Positive: Perfect location for easy access to the slopes and village, very quiet and very comfortable. The apartment had everything we needed for a family trip to the snow and we would definitely stay here again.
Negative: The instructions provided before we arrived were a little misleading - it said from the overnight car park we needed to book a rideshare to get our bags to the apartment however if arriving early before check in time then we would need to leave our bags in our car and use the free shuttle bus to get to the village then take the shuttle bus back to the car park at check in time to use the rideshare to get our bags up however when we arrived we found out that the free shuttle bus could not actually be caught from that car park. The car park attendants said our only choice was to pay for a private taxi up and back which we did not want to do as we had already prebooked and paid for the rideshare so we didn't want to pay for two trips up and back. Whilst our situation was assisted satisfactorily when we rang the accommodation service number (we were kindly able to store our bags in the garage prior to checking in so we only had to pay and use the rideshare once) I think this could have been avoided if the instructions were clearer regarding how this works.
