Summary: The house was great! It housed all 22 people of our group great! However there were little things here and there that were off. There were stains in the carpet. All throughout the house the wood and tiles didn’t fit together. A number of kitchen appliances didn’t work. And the tv’s in the downstairs common area (not the game room) and the downstairs bedroom did not work properly. For instance, the electric stove was SLOW to heat up any food and some of the toasters didn’t work. Also the downstairs bedroom is in not the best condition. The lights were functional, and there were little things wrong in the bathroom. With all of that said, it was still in good enough condition to not bother us. A little bit of adapting to the appliances was inconvenient, but still good enough for us to make food for 22 people. And the location and little comforts in the house definitely outweighed any of the bad. We hope that some things are fixed, but we would easily book this house again!

Summary: Good stuff: Great photos and amenities listing made this an easy choice of location for our post wedding party. The kitchen is a great setup for cooking for all the guests and hanging out. The property is huuuuge. We brought croquet for the back yard and hung up a projector screen between the posts in the back porch to play Nintendo and watch movies near the fire pit. Plenty of refrigerators and the kitchen had labels on cabinets. Bonus points for all the glassware as I had a cocktail menu and all of the serving dishes for feeding everyone. The house is a little rough with some light staining on most of the carpet and also some drywall patchwork throughout from previous guests. We didn’t need perfect and that made it more relaxing haha. But it was a fresh house and pretty clean. Huge amount of parking, you could have 50 cars park along the driveway lol Lots or climate control options. Downsides: We assumed there would be some firewood provided, not the case so bring some from the lowes. There was a ad on the fridge for firewood but that didn’t work out for us (called a bunch with no answer in first day, second day spoke with the individual and they added $50 for delivery of a $45 sided by side load), so that person didn’t make any money from us. Blender had a crack in it so you’d have to bring your own or make the fastest margaritas you can on top of a towel. Again, not a big deal and an easy fix. That’s it, nothing terrible at all. Would book again
