Always Sunny is the perfect name for this beautiful and bright, 3 Bedroom, 2 Bath beach house in Port Aransas, Texas! Newly remodeled, perfectly furnished with comfort and convenience in mind, Always Sunny offers guests a beautiful and comfortable experience.
With ample parking, the driveway easily fits 4 vehicles and depending on size, could fit up to 6 vehicles. Tesla? No problem-a Tesla charger is available. Boat parking and golf cart parking is allowed here. Always Sunny is near the dog park, city pool, and nature preserve, with an easy drive to the marina, Roberts Point Park, dining, shopping, and the Beach!
Always Sunny provides guests with a complete outdoor experience to include private pool, outdoor party lights, outdoor dining and living, grill, sun loungers, and putting green! It has the ultimate outdoor experience.
This stilt built beach house offers 3 bedrooms: 1 King Bedroom Suite with Private Bathroom, 1 Queen Bedroom, 1 Bunk Room (2 twin/twin beds). All bedrooms have TV's and closets. There is a 2nd full bathroom in the hallway, along with a laundry/utility room.
The well stocked kitchen offers a beautiful space for those who love to cook, well appointed with everything you'll need to prep, cook, serve and dine. A breakfast bar and seating is the place to perch and watch those who love to cook if you're not the one who wants to be in the kitchen. Full dining table/space allows everyone to enjoy a meal together. You'll have it all!
Always Sunny provides the comfort of home, the finishes of luxury, and all of the convenience you would expect and need to make your vacation flawless, fun and filled with memories. It will be your favorite place to stay in Port A!
House Rules and Things to Note:
Minimum age to rent is 24 years old.
NO SMOKING in the property. This is a non smoking property. $500 fee will be added if any type of smoke odor is present in the home.
No Parties/Events.
Quiet Hours 10pm to 7am - Enforced
Not responsible for accidents.
There is no child proofing; you must remain with your children at all times.
Must be able to walk steps.
No more than 10 guests, per the City of Port Aransas; the property sleeps 8.
No late check outs after 10:15am or another night's stay will be charged.
Check in Time is approx time; housekeeping and maintenance make all attempts to be ready by 4pm but there is no guarantee.
Pets considered with paid pet fee prior to check in. Guest must disclose pets and pay pet fee prior to arrival.
STARTER set for guests to include trash bags, dish soap, toilet paper, paper towels, shampoo and shower gel. Guests SHOULD bring extra amounts of these items as the starter set is for 1 night.
Beach/pool towels are provided for guest's convenience. Guests will be charged linen fees for misuse of linens to include stains, tearing, etc.
Construction is always happening somewhere in Port Aransas; we can’t guarantee that you won’t hear/see construction, building, or community improvement projects and events during your stay.
Cable/WIFI is provided as a convenience; Port A does experience outages from time to time. Services can be intermittent on an island.
Please remember that you are on an island; mosquitos/pests can be plentiful several times per year. Our properties are treated by professional pest control service every 4-8 weeks.
There are no refunds for outages of cable/wifi or if pool is closed for cleaning, repair or maintenance or if temperature is undesirable.
If police are called to the property for any disturbance, a $500 fee may be charged to the guest and will be asked to vacate the property with no refund.

Guests have access to the entire property except a locked housekeeping closet and the garage.

Guests love this area of Port A due to the ease of getting to restaurants, shopping, dining and nightlife in Port A, but they also love the sunsets and being close to the nature preserve, ferry, marina, bird watching, and ship channel.
Getting Around:
Most guests rent bikes or golf carts for the ultimate experience in Port A and at Always Sunny Port A Beach House.
