Summary: Desk Staff is beyond great. Only advice for them to pay attention to detail. Second visit. Same room 3 months apart. Missing bathroom fan conver. Cracked electrical inlet cover in entry. Seems small but i belive this could be a destination hotel because of location. The restaurant that is next door is also amazing. I was kinda caught off guard by how awesome this place was. BEST STAFF EVER. Food amazing. All said I give a %100 percent score.

Summary: Janie was amazing! Great customer service! Tbh, the bed was not comfortable and the shower was sad. We were also very sad that the hot tub was gone. Plate 88 was great, except for the early hours. We were also super sad Gallagers was closed. But, thats CA.

Summary: Loved the hotel , i was in an end unit towards the road so ot was a little noisy. Restaurant by the hotel Plate88 American grill was fantastic. Very clean and comfortable beds and pillows. Customer service with the officme we so friendly. Thank you

Summary: Everything was surprisingly very good. One suggestion, if your wife has had double knee surgery in the past year and is also suffering from a pulled hamstring and you have a sciatica thing going on, make sure to specify ground floor. Very stupid of me...
