Located in Amagansett, the house is on the border of the pristine dune preserves of Napeague State Park and Hither Hills State Park, that run for 10 miles on each side. 3 blocks walk to a private ocean beach and right across from the beaches of a 360-degree enclosed Napeague lagoon. This property is situated on the Napeague dunes with direct waterview of the Napeague lagoon and has amazing unobstructed sunset views, outdoor dining & grill, cable & wifi and outdoor hot water shower. Summary: This house was perfect, the host Irena is so responsive and helpful and will ensure you have a comfortable, pleasant, and fun experience. The house has an abundance of everything you need in it ( beach chairs etc. and towels). The house is so easy to access right off of the highway and is less than a 5 minute walk to the gorgeous remote beach. It also is walking distance to the best spot in town (the clam bar!) and drivable to all other hot spots. I’m grateful for my experience here and highly recommend!

Summary: We stayed at this property for a bachelorette party with 12 girls and had an amazing time! The house slept everyone comfortably and had all the necessities for a beach weekend. The location to the beach is really close and it was a short 10 minute drive to Montauk for dinner and night out. Irina was so accommodating and responsive and was available to answer any questions I had. I would highly recommend staying here and would defiantly come back. Thanks for the great trip!

Summary: We had a great time at Irina’s house. She was a wonderful host, very responsive, very flexible and provided everything you would need. The house itself is on the older side for the price and could probably use a little updating, but in line with the photos and par for the course for montauk where non-family weekend rentals are almost impossible to come by. The deck is nice though there is a large train that runs through the backyard which was surprising, but otherwise a good location close to amagansett and montauk. Worked well for our crew who spent most of the time in town vs hanging out at the house! Plenty of space to park cars as well.

Summary: Communication w/ the property owner was outstanding from start to finish; the location is fantastic, the beach is AMAZING, and the house is PERFECT for a nice, relaxing get away -- you could literally just show up with a few swim suits in your bags and the property owner provides EVERYTHING else -- I am NOT kidding!! Thanks for an amazing long weekend!! We will be looking to come back!!
