Positive: The staff were super friendly and kind enough to give us great tips for sightseeing in Awaji. The room was exceptional with our own open-air Onsen and ocean view. The meals were exceptional and the restaurant had a great ambience. All the staff were very courteous and kind.

Negative: At the public bath I noticed that a foreign guest didn't shower before dipping herself in the Onsen. She went straight to the bath from the entrance door. Please provide a clear instruction at their check-in on how to use the onsen bath properly.

Summary: Excellent hotel with exceptional food quality and guest rooms with private open-air bath.

Negative: Just an suggestion- I believe the hair dryer was not as powerful as I would had expected. A better one would had been great.
