Positive: I return here every week and the experience stays consistently excellent. The studio is spacious, stylish, and well-equipped, with a warm, home-like feel. The bed is very comfortable, featuring a resort mattress and topper that total about 30 cm in thickness, with clean linen and ergonomic pillows for an excellent night’s sleep. In the living area there’s a roomy bookshelf, and in the sleeping room a large, beautiful wooden wardrobe adds practical elegance. The furniture also includes a large leather sofa, a beautiful salon glass table, and a big dining/work table, while the floor is clean and wooden, adding a natural, welcoming touch. The kitchen includes a dishwasher, a microwave, and two modern cooking plates, all complemented by a wonderful view of the city center. A large flat-screen TV adds to the entertainment options. The Internet is fast, and the toilets and bed are impeccably clean. The studio is impressively spacious—around 50m2—and its prime location in the heart of the city means Coop, Lidl, gas stations with shop for late grocery shopping (till 22h), restaurants, pharmacy, fitness center, all the shops are just a few steps away, making everything incredibly convenient. Free, convenient parking adds to the hassle-free experience.The check-in is very convenient with a mobile app check-in code. The management is incredibly kind and attentive and actively seeks guest feedback to continuously improve the studios. For instance, when there was a heater issue, a single message to the manager led to a quick fix. When a coffee machine was not working properly, it was quickly replaced with a functioning one after a brief message. On another occasion, I was assigned to a studio with an open kitchen that allowed odors to disperse through the space; the manager ensured my next stay would be in a studio with a separated kitchen and a window to aerate. Overall, the value is outstanding, the experience is reliable and relaxing, and it’s ideal for weekly stays.

Positive: The location was perfect, even though it was far from Zurich. It is about 10mins walk from the grenchen sud train station. Even though the Swiss pass we bought gave us unlimited access to all forms of transport, we chose to walk to/from the sud train station everyday. The place is queite, coop supermarket was just seconds away, so grocery shopping was easiest. The evening were super cold even though all the windows were shut

Negative: Bold the signage of the apartment to make it more visible, we actually walk round the apartment severally before noticing the signage. Please increase the bathroom size, i had to stand to wash my feet.

Positive: Very spacious, well equipped. The bed was very soft (maybe too soft). Lovely big windows.

Negative: The air vent in the bathroom was broken. The coffee table was broken. The bathroom tap needed to be decalcified as the water hardly ran from it. Providing hand towels as well as a kitchen cloth would have been nice.
