Positive: We had a very pleasant stay at Amara Comfort Resort. Beautiful hotel, spacious room, and the restaurant offers a good and varied selection of food. We would like to thank the staff, Madina and Yakoub, for their kindness — they were very attentive and helpful. However, we were very shocked by the attitude and welcome from Aynura, who was unpleasant from start to finish. She refused to give us the sea view room we had paid extra for, claiming that the hotel was full without even checking. After insisting with Madina, who was clearly uncomfortable with the situation, we were told to come back the next day to see if a room became available — even though this information is accessible on the hotel’s computer system. Thanks to Yakoub and Madina, we were finally able to change rooms and received the sea view room we had paid for the next morning at 9:30 a.m. This clearly proves that the room was available all along. We also want to thank the housekeeper Mai Shurat, who was very friendly and helpful. However, we had a disappointing experience with the Turkish à la carte restaurant. The starters were already served when we arrived, and they were soaked with rainwater. The food was mixed with rain, the chairs and table were drenched, and the staff didn’t seem bothered — as if it were normal. But overall, the hotel is wonderful, and we do recommend it.

Positive: The animation team was great and the reception guy veysal was the best. He helped us in many ways . It was my birthday so they sent us a cake to the room which was a nice gesture .

Negative: Most of the staff didn’t speak English, which made communication difficult. They would always address you in Russian, assuming you spoke it. This was unfortunate. The food was acceptable, but certainly not a highlight. Loud music was played every evening until midnight. Nearby hotels also blasted music at full volume. Very disappointing if you’re traveling with children or looking for peace and quiet. So, don’t come to this hotel if you’re seeking relaxation.
Summary: It was okay, but not suitable for a young family with young children — we wouldn’t come back.

Positive: Our trip to Antalya and the Amara Comfort Hotel was a dream come true. Ninety percent of the appeal of the hotel came from its incredible staff. A special mention goes to Ms. Margarita from the guest relations team, as well as the entertainment group, including Buğra, Naz, Ronaldo, Ahmet, and Ms. Esen, who truly made our experience unforgettable. The hotel bar also deserves special recognition, especially the bartender named Aziz, who made every effort to communicate with guests in their native languages and served us with expert-level cocktails. While the hotel had some minor shortcomings, these were more than compensated for by the professionalism and dedication of the staff. Thank you to everyone who made our stay so memorable.
