Summary: Great location, big room with big balcony and big bathroom, comfortable bed, close to walk to the beach, the beach is beautiful, clean, water was the best, but it was better to get the place at the beach early until it's occupied. The food was mediocre and no basically options of meat, you place yourself at the buffet restaurant and quite often it takes a lot of time to find a table and to find forks and knives, the alcohol was always diluted and not tasty. The stuff at the reception was pretty good and responsive. The bell door guys were also pretty nice. No complaints about the cleaning room it was everyday and it was okay. There were a few pretty nice shows in the evening. The music in the pools always the same and bit annoying by the end of our stay. But overall it was good really really beautiful place to stay and probably worth that money we paid

Summary: No hot water in the hammam, no heating on the room, no more blankets for the bed. We got cold! Food was ok. Staff was generally friendly and tried their best, but that is probably the only nice thing I can say about this hotel. I won't come back.

Summary: We had double room with a sea view. There was no light bulbs in the first one and sockets near the beds.. Foods are the same every day, there's no scissors, iron and etc. which should be exist because it's a 5* all inclusive hotel. Cleaning of the rooms were poor, pool is very dirty, male staff is always trying to flirt with female quests, even if they have male partners, who for example has gone to the WC. Drinks are not original (Jack Daniels, JB, Jameson et .), original ones are only in lobby and they charge for them. We've even experienced the closing of 24/7 bar, because we didn't give tip to bartender. After tip they allowed us to stay in the bar... There's too much similar things but I would never suggest this place, because some 3* hotels in Kemer are better than this 5*.

Summary: The food variety was great. Wish there were some hand sanitizers in the main restaraunt. The beach is very nice with adequate number of sunbeds and shade.

Summary: A good family all inclusive hotel. Vast majority of guests are from Russia. Hotel is starting to look a bit dated probably due to Covid. The amount to plastic being used for drinks etc is very high and not very eco friendly. Staff were very good.
