Positive: Accommodation is beautiful, very comfortable and clean. Loved the pool. Hosts were amazing, very helpful, and the cleaner was the kindest lady. We loved staying here and would stay again if we have the opportunity.

Negative: Something to consider is that it isn't close to any shops or restaurants so you need a taxi or car (if able and confident to drive in Europe) to get around and the taxi drivers were overcharging for distance travelling which was disappointing.

Positive: The cleanliness was good. The cleaning lady was helpful and pleasant to deal with.

Negative: There was wi fi but no internet service, also we were not able to make phone calls due to no service for the area. When we arrived there was no one to greet us. We sat outside for at least 2 hours before we were able to contact the manager as there was no phone service and no wi fi password. Once we contacted the manager, we were told our suite number, and that key was on the door.. Once inside the suite, the TV had no instructions on how to operate it, and it took a while before someone came and showed us how it works. Extremely poor customer service.

Positive: The location itself is very nice, with great and modern design. The pool is very nice, it is friendly to use for about any age. The yard has a couple of young olive trees. The parking spaces are large even for SUV's. It was very clean during our stay, with daily sheets and towels change. All the yard is very well maintained, with one small exception, the outer fence. I liked the outside shades made of wood and reed.

Negative: The living complex is placed right near a busy road. In the morning you will hear all the vehicles (trucks and motorcycles) as if they are in your room. The bathroom, although it is new, needs repairs. There is water ingress from the shower into the toilet room and from the shower to the outside/room. The bathroom is separated from the room with glass walls which are not watertight mainly because of the alignment of the glass panels with the floor and possibly because of the poor workmanship or/and used materials. A thorough descaling will be needed soon as black scaling deposits are already present. The insect net needs maintenance as it is loose in various areas. About the outer fence: it has holes in it as there is at least one stray dog in the area. Almost every evening the stray dog was present in the yard picking for itself one or two shoes or slippers. I found mine on to the hill just outside the backyard. The pool needs cleaning more often. It was sand into the pool all over the place.
