Positive: One of the best hotels in Malaysia. The management is doing a great job. The staff is so helpful and pleasure to communicate with. What we liked the most is the breakfast. It is obvious that the ingredients/products they use to prepare this wide variety of dishes aren't the cheap ones unlike many other hotels. The food here is just delicious.
Negative: Initially we didn't like the location as it is pretty far from Georgetown. But then we realized that this actual location has everything we need. There is a huge area adjacent to the hotel with its own entrance from the restaurant where you can have a wonderful walk. The bamboo garden is not that big, but you still can enjoy the garden and view while walking around.

Positive: Enjoyable and comfortable. We arrived around 1am and we were greeted with a huge smile, checked in was easy and our room was clean, we also had some nutmeg candies in the room. The bed and pillows were comfortable and the interior design in the hotel was too notch. Breakfast buffet was endless with varieties of cuisines.
Negative: Far from shopping mall but convenient for visiting families living nearby.
Summary: Helpful staff and it was super quiet from noise pollution which was very relaxing.
