Summary: It was a great property. The staff were extremely helpful and polite. The grounds were kept very nice. The only upgrade I could suggest is that they clean the beach more thoroughly from seaweed and rocks. But other than that, I highly recommend this property.

Summary: We had a really good stay but a couple of things tarnished our holiday. The check in was terrible. Being told we needed to pay, when we had already paid through Hotels.com. Reception wanted to keep our passports with no explanation. Wasn’t given any information about the hotel, meal times etc. The room was nice, but the A/C would only stay on for 10 minutes at a time. No place to get drinking water and no bottles of water provided. Room was clean, but there was no top up of any of the toiletries for a five night stay. We went out on a half day boat trip. This was good, for the price, but oversold by the rep. Apart from that we enjoyed our stay and it was nice that the hotel was quiet. I think some of the issues are because it is low season and staff just getting ready for the high season. If this place was fully booked out mind, then I feel it would have been chaotic and very busy with a lot of room units in close proximity.

Summary: Beautiful location with private beach and lovely gardens. Rooms were clean and had everything we needed. Short walk into the town where there are restaurants and shops. You can arrange boat trips from the hotel that picks you up in the morning from the hotels own jetty. We also enjoyed playing Padel and courts had a lovely view of the sea. You could also use paddle boards, kayaks and they had free exercise and yoga sessions outside. Walking distance to la cinta beach but you’d need a car if you wanted to explore further. We didn’t want to leave!
