Positive: The location was in a very busy part of Montreal, local shops were great, lovely friendly people, nice park just down the road. Safe area. Everything you could possibly want was there was supplied in the property,although rather dated.
Negative: Was an email short, called the owner to find out the address and details, property looked neglected from the outside!
Summary: A great place to stay,shame about the outside apperance.

Positive: Getting the keys was very easy, and the location was overall very good.
Negative: A few, minor things need maintenance. Bedroom door by the front door is slightly sagging and the bolt won't fully close. Bathtub spout looks rusty. Someone was in the private/designated parking spot for a few hours. One bathroom is an issue, but manageable.
Summary: Overall, a great spot that is the perfect fit for a slightly larger family.
